I Warranty Policy
Power Amplifier (FP series, DSP series, K series and D series amplifier), Microphone — 3Years warranty
Speakers,Line array, Subwoofer — 2 Years warranty （All of drivers of line array or subwoofer warranty is within 3months after you received goods.）
| 1 ~ 3 Months | All the spare parts (Included complete amplifier board, power supply board, output and input board etc.) will be freely provided, even though just sample order. |
| 3 Months ~ 1 Year | Necessery small spare parts will be freely provided,free shipping cost. Necessery complete board will be freely provided, but you need to pay the freight. |
| After 1 Year to 3 Years | Necessery small spare parts will be freely provided,but you need to pay the freight. If you want the complete boards for swap , you should pay it based on our making cost, also include the shipping cost. |
| Over the server lifetime | We'll be responsible for repair and give you components at making cost, and you have to pay the freight. |
I Attention:
All warranty policies only apply to the machine under normal operation and normal conditions.
For those after-sales due to incorrect operation or test , you should pay the cost by yourself.
For mass order, we will supply free spare parts with your order together.
So you can ship them with your goods to save freight cost.
I Return and Refund Policy
We do not accept merchandise for return. If you insist on returning the product, it should not affect the possibility of a second sale.
If we have refund agreements, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and all customs duties from your country to China. The payment will be refunded to you after we receive the items.
